Job Duties:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of general farm workers involved in planting, seeding, transplanting, irrigation, crop maintenance, harvesting, and packing
Assign duties and monitor work to ensure tasks are completed according to farm schedules and quality standards
Train workers in job duties, workplace safety, food safety, and biosecurity procedures
Monitor crop and field conditions and report issues related to pests, disease, weeds, irrigation, or equipment to management
Ensure the proper use, cleaning, and upkeep of tools, equipment, and work areas
Maintain work records such as attendance, hours worked, and daily task completion
Assist in coordinating harvested produce handling and the movement of farm supplies
Resolve routine operational issues and ensure workers follow employer procedures

Working Condition: Outdoors, wet/damp, rain/ shine, odours, hot/cold.
