Job Duties:

Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures for the operation of the establishment.
Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
Develop pricing and promotional strategies.
Negotiate with suppliers of materials and supplies.
Supervise staff, oversee training, and set work schedules.
Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities for receptions and other functions.
Resolve customer complaints.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 2-3 years of experience

• Language: English
