Salary:34.00 $ Hourly, for 40 Hours per week

Education: High school diploma is required
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the field are required
Languages:
Oral and Written English is required
Duties:
- - Review the scope of work and gather all information necessary to calculate an accurate estimate
- -Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of residential cleaning
- -Plan and control budget
- -Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems
- -Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
- Provide training and supervision to other estimating staff to ensure quality of work is consistent at all levels of estimating.
- While conducting estimating activities, identify opportunities for selling additional services and communicate with the onsite contact and the Business Development Manage
- Follow (and improve) the standard Grime Fighters estimating process as defined in the Estimating Manual or other related documentation.
