Qualification: Secondary (high) School Graduation Certificate.
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Wage: C$35.00/hr. Start Date: As Soon As Possible

Job duties of Store Manager (NOC: 60020):
· Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet revenue targets by analyzing market trends.
· Conduct performance reviews.
· Perform research on the market trends and determine the demand of the consumers, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors on the operations of the showroom and sales.
· Oversee inventory levels, order new stocks, and maintain accurate records of products and restocking.
· Plan the budget and monitor the revenues and expenditures.
· Manage staff by hiring, scheduling, and supervising sales associates and other staff members and assign the duties.
· Make sure all team members are knowledgeable about the products and provide excellent customer service.
· Ensure that the store layout and display are visually appealing and effectively showcase the furniture and home decor items.
· Establish and maintain relationships with the furniture suppliers and manufacturers.
· Supervise the office and ensure that the store complies with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure favourable arrangements for the store.
· Resolve customer’s complaints and supply shortages.
· Plan a budget and monitor revenue.
· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
· Build relationships with the customers to encourage repeated business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
· Be able to supervise 5 – 10 people.

Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment; must be a team player, client-focused, having strong organization and planning skills. Have excellent written and verbal communication. Know point-of-sale systems, electronic schedulers, word processing software, and inventory control software, Electronic mail.
