Salary: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour for 35 - 44 hours per week
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Location: 7241 Lundy's Lane, Niagara Falls, Ontario
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook Japanese, Thai and/or Vietnamese meals and dishes listed on the menu
- Review the menu regularly and make recommendations for new items and ingredients
- Determine size of food portion and monitor the inventory of food
- Check and monitor the quality of cooked products
- Oversee kitchen operations and helpers
- Assist in new helpers training
- Clean kitchen and work area and keep hygiene and safety practices
