Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor
Job Description:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff in both the liquor store and pub, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Ensure excellent customer service by greeting customers, addressing inquiries and concerns, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for liquor, beverages, and supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
Oversee cash handling procedures, including reconciling cash drawers, preparing deposits, and ensuring accuracy in transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of both the liquor store and pub, including restocking shelves, cleaning equipment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as liquor licensing laws and food safety standards.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, providing feedback and recognition to staff, and addressing any issues or conflicts in a timely manner.
Opening and closing the store, managing escalated complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries.

$27.50 per hour
Education and Work experience:
Minimum Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
