Duties: 

• Plan, Coordinate, oversee, and manage trade, broadcasting, other services to control the budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies.
• Set company’s objectives, formulate, or approve guidelines and programs.
• Authorize and organize the establishment of new business locations and senior staff positions in the company.
• Allocate material, human, and financial resources to execute the policies and programs of the company and for setting up new locations.
• Establish financial and administrative controls and approve human resource planning.
• Map out and approve advertising and promotional campaigns or programs.
• Co-ordinate the work of different business locations, divisions, or departments of the company.
• Represent the company, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the company, in negotiations or other official functions.
• Interview and select senior managers in the organisation.
