Location of Work: 3899 Trelawny Circle, Mississauga, ON

 Salary: $19.23 per hour/37.5 hours (full-time position)

Job Description:

• Overall management of the restaurant
• Plan, organize and control the daily operations of the restaurant
• Recruit and recommend promotion or termination of staff
• Handle training of staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Assign, oversee and evaluate work
• Organize, complete and post staff work schedules
• Communicate changes of food preparations, formulas, standards, etc. to staff
• Maintain inventory control systems and order supplies and food ingredients
• Deal with suppliers, negotiate delivery arrangements
• Support local and national marketing initiatives
• Ensure that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed.
• Handle all customer service issues including resolving customer complaints, etc.
• Maintain business records, monitors revenues and performs daily closeout procedures on POS system

Job Requirements:

• Previous restaurant management experience - minimum 2 years
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as solid track record of delivering timely results
• Driven and focused; Passion for people and service excellence
• Ability to inspire, motivate and develop people
