Experience: 1 year or more

Language: Basic English
Duties:
• Prepare and cook full course meals, individual dishes and foods including pizzas, pastas, steaks, salads and traditional Greek cuisine.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Ensure quality of food meet standards
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Supervise kitchen helpers and trainees.
