Job Description:
• Implement and maintain effective cleaning procedures and best practices for efficient work services.
• Assist in managing the staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations, to foster a high-performing team.
• Ensure timely response to client inquiries and take appropriate measures to resolve service issues without delay.
• Coordinate, manage, and supervise daily janitorial activities to ensure high-quality cleaning services are provided to clients.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with clients and other suppliers regarding services provided and oversee contracts.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and guidelines
• Perform other duties as required.

Job Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School is required.
• Minimum one year of experience in the field is required.
