We, 88 Supermarket (Killarney) Ltd. o/a 88 Supermarket are looking for 3 Full-Time & Permanent Kitchen Helpers to assist with our growing business. (We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants.)

Position: Kitchen Helper
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Work location: 2611 E 49th Ave, Vancouver, BC V5S 1J9
Wage & Benefit: $18.25/hr based on 30-37.5hrs/wk with 4% paid vacation
Overtime: Overtime rate provided after 8 hrs/day, or 40 hrs/wk
Education: Not Required
Experience: Not required (But, experience in food industry is considered as an asset).

Job duties:
- Assist cooks with preparation the ingredients including washing, chopping, peeling, cutting vegetable, fruits, etc.
- Wash, clean kitchen area including tables, cupboards, appliances, equipment
- Handle and store cleaning products, sharpen kitchen knives
- Remove trash and clear kitchen garbage containers
- Unpack and store restaurant supplies in refrigerators, cupboards, and other storage areas.
-Sweep and mop floors and perform other duties to assist cook and other kitchen staff.
