Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: $ 20.00 hourly, for 40.00 hours per week. Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Education: No formal education is required
Experience: 2 years of experience are required
Languages: Written and Spoken English are required
Duties:
~ Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
~ Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
~ Establish work schedules and procedures
~ Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
~ Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
~ Supervise and check assembly of staff
~ Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
