Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and online advertising platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare detailed performance and conversion reports for management.
- Manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic, lead generation, and online visibility.
- Coordinate CRM and email automation systems to support customer retention and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and consumer trends.
- Prepare marketing budgets, track advertising expenditures, and analyze return on investment for campaigns.
- Coordinate external vendors, graphic designers, photographers, and advertising agencies to ensure project delivery timelines are met.
- Develop branded marketing materials, presentations, promotional content, and client-facing communication materials.
- Support business expansion initiatives by assisting with lead generation campaigns and strategic promotional planning.
- Maintain marketing databases, customer engagement metrics, and campaign tracking systems for management reporting.
