Job Duties:
- Develop clear plans to prioritize tasks and meet operational deadlines
- Oversee and manage the organization’s operational logistics
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily logistics activities
- Coordinate activities with other departments and work units to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and submit operational and performance reports
- Arrange maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities as required
- Resolve workplace issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and product quality
- Train employees on job duties, company policies, and procedures
- Organize and coordinate training programs for staff development
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Assign, coordinate, and review work to ensure efficiency and quality standards
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Organize, monitor, and maintain inventory levels
