We are seeking a Home Support Worker to assist an elderly person with personal care and daily activities in a private household. Responsibilities include:
Assist with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and toileting
Support mobility, including safe transfers and walking assistance
Prepare meals and assist with feeding if required
Provide medication reminders and support as directed
Provide companionship and supervise daily routines
Light housekeeping related to the client (laundry, cleaning the client’s area)
Observe and report changes in health or behavior to the family
Accompany the client to appointments as needed
Requirements
Secondary school completion or relevant experience
Experience with elderly care is preferred
Ability to communicate in English is required and Mandarin is preferred
Reliable, patient, and physically capable for caregiving duties
