Tasks

• Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
• Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems.
• Develop quality management and quality assurance standards for IT projects.
• Collect and analyzing technical and operational data to identify areas for improvement within an organization’s IT infrastructure.
• Perform preventive maintenance planning and coordinating system performance optimization activities.
• Meet with clients and internal stakeholders to define system requirements, specifications, budgets, costs, and implementation timelines.
• Analyze technical documents, system reports, and performance metrics to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
